SYMPTOMS

With Microsoft Money 2002, you may be unable to send batch payments or multiple electronic payments (Epays).

For example, when you create an Epay, and then click Submit Payment, you are connected to your financial institution and your Epay is sent. However, you cannot send more than one Epay transaction at a time.

You can send multiple electronic Epays with Microsoft Money 2001 and earlier versions.

CAUSE

This behavior occurs because of a change in the way that Microsoft Money 2002 handles Epay transactions.

In Microsoft Money 2002, Epays are sent on an individual basis, and you cannot send more than one Epay at a time. This behavior is by design.

MORE INFORMATION

An Epay in Microsoft Money is an electronic payment. Use Epays when you want to pay bills electronically by using the online bill payment service in Microsoft Money. To use Epay, you must first set up your account for online services.
