When you use Internet Security and Acceleration (ISA) Server 2000, Microsoft Windows 98, Microsoft Windows Millennium Edition (Me), and Microsoft Windows XP-based client computers are displayed as "unknown" in the Application Usage report.
RESOLUTION
To resolve this problem, obtain the latest service pack for ISA Server 2000.
