SP1: Error Occurs When You Set Up Content Management Server Site Data on a German Environment (314029)
The information in this article applies to:
- Microsoft Content Management Server 2001
This article was previously published under Q314029 SYMPTOMS
When you install the German localized Microsoft Solution for Internet Business (MSIB) solution site on a German localized environment, you may receive an error message during installation. In addition, after Site Builder finishes importing the Resolution Object Package (ROP) file, you may receive the following error message in the Content Management Server (CMS) 2001 server:
Error: 0
Description: Failure in URLDownloadToCacheFile downloading URL "http://covw01-d/NR/System/ClientUI/Report/SDPostImportReport.asp?ReportXML=SDReport-73E554F6-530E-462D-9C9D-5229B9EB25B9-5592.XML&TimeStamp=37207.252222" (HRESULT = -2146697208; "Der Vorgang wurde erfolgreich beendet.")

CAUSE
MSIB solution sites are not localized when they ship. As a result, if an MSIB solution site is deployed on a fully German environment (that is, an environment on which everything is German except CMS 2001, which is not available in a German localized version), the XML site deployment report that is generated contains characters that cause the error message that is described in the "Symptoms" section.
