XADM: Information Store Performance Degrades with High FCB Asynchronous Scans per Second and Version Store Growth (313983)

Information store performance may degrade over a period of time. If System Monitor data collection is in place, you may see the following symptoms:
- The information store uses 100 percent of the CPU.
- The version store grows to approximately 2,500 buckets.
- The client remote procedure call (RPC) requests slow down.
