WD2002: No Results Are Found When You Search Text Within Documents (313960)

When you search for text in your Microsoft Word documents, by using either a Web server to perform the search or an Indexing Service Query form, no results are found.
CAUSE
This problem occurs when you do the following:
- You are searching Microsoft Word documents for text in an East Asian language, such as Japanese, Chinese, or Korean.
-and- - You are searching by using a Web server, such as SharePoint Team Services from Microsoft (shared documents library), or by using the Microsoft Windows 2000 Indexing Service Query form.
-and- - Your computer is running Microsoft Windows 2000 Server.
STATUSMicrosoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed at the beginning of this article.
