SYMPTOMS

After you install Microsoft Office XP Service Pack 1, any toolbar customizations you made are missing in FrontPage 2002.

CAUSE

Microsoft Office XP Service Pack 1 upates the version of FrontPage. Customizations you made are no longer valid.
