Create a Custom Filter to Enumerate Messages- Click Start, point to Programs, point to Microsoft Exchange, and then click System Manager.
- Click Server, and then expand the server that you want to work with.
- Expand Protocols, and then expand the protocol that you want to work with.
- Expand the virtual server that you want to work with, and then right-click the queue.
- Click Custom Filter.
- In the Action list, click Enumerate.
- To select a specific number of messages, click Select Only The, and then specify a number under Number of Messages.
- To enumerate messages by criteria, click Select Messages That Are, and then set the enumeration criteria.
- To enumerate all available messages, click Select All Messages.
- If you want to save the new settings as the default filter, click Set As Default Filter.
- Click OK. The custom filter automatically runs.
