Change Rules for Formatting Messages- Click Start, point to Programs, point to Microsoft Exchange, and then click System Manager.
- Double-click Global Settings, and then double-click Internet Message Formats.
The right pane lists the Simple Mail Transfer Protocol (SMTP) policies that are currently defined. The domain column specifies the domains to which the policies apply. - To edit the formatting rules for a domain, right-click the related policy, click Properties, and then modify the formatting rules for this domain.
- Click OK.

Delete Rules for Formatting Messages- Click Start, point to Programs, point to Microsoft Exchange, and then click System Manager.
- Double-click Global Settings, and then double-click Internet Message Formats.

The domain column specifies the domains to which the policies apply. - To delete the formatting rules for a domain, right-click the related policy, and then click Delete. When you are prompted to confirm the deletion, click Yes.
