During a rare timing issue, SetTcpInfo may be required to wait. If the wait does occur, the following error message appears on a blue screen:
Stop 0000000A IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL
Arguments (0x00000d68, 0x0000001c, 0x00000000, 0x8042bbfb)
CAUSE
This problem occurs because the wrong parameter type is used when SetTcpInfo is required to wait.
