SYMPTOMS

Internet Security and Acceleration (ISA) Server log files will not log the domain name of a user when basic authentication is used with a default domain name. This may cause issues during the parsing of log files for reporting because the appropriate domain name will not be known to the parsing engine. For example, this Web proxy log entry shows that a user is logged on without any reference to the users domain:

RESOLUTION
