"Access Denied" Error Message When You Try to Delete a Site and Content Rule in ISA Server 2000 (313431)

When you try to delete a Site and Content rule, you may receive multiple "access denied" error messages, and your computer may stop responding (hang) until you use Task Manager to quit the ISA Management Console Process.
RESOLUTION
To resolve this problem, obtain the latest service pack for ISA Server 2000.
