   The Office folder may be located in a different path on your computer. If it is, extract the file to the Office folder on your computer.
3. Click Start and then click Run.
4. In the Open box, type the following, and then click OK:

   Regsvr32 "C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office10\WdLocalCopy.dll"

   If you extracted the WdLocalCopy.dll file to a different path, make the corresponding change to the Regsvr32 path also.
