SYMPTOMS

When you view your alert status in the Microsoft Operations Manager (MOM) 2000 Administrator console, you may receive the following alert:

CAUSE

This problem can occur if the domain controller is not accessible or is timing out. The number "60000" represents an error condition where the domain controller is timing out.
