Update for the Riprep tool (313069)

When you attempt to run Riprep.exe from a Windows 2000-based Remote
Installation Service (RIS) server on an Windows XP-based client computer to create an image, you may receive the following error message:
Riprep.exe - entry point not found
The Procedure entry point EnablePrivilege could not be located in
the dynamic library Setupapi.dll
CAUSE
This problem occurs because Riprep.exe cannot create or deploy Windows XP images.
RESOLUTIONMicrosoft has released an update that permits Riprep.exe to create and deploy Windows XP images across a Windows 2000 RIS server. To install the update, click the following link:

When you install the update, the binaries are updated. After the binaries are updated, you can run Riprep on computers that are running either Windows 2000 Server or Windows 2000 Advanced Server. IMPORTANT: If you use Riprep on computers that are running either Windows 2000 Server or Windows 2000 Advanced Server, Riprep is not supported by Microsoft. STATUSMicrosoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed in the "Applies to" section.
