SYMPTOMS

When you attempt to start any program in Windows XP while the AOL Coach program is installed, the following error may appear:
The dynamic link library ACHelpers.dll could not be found in the specified path
When you click OK to dismiss the error message, the program starts.

RESOLUTION

To resolve this behavior, remove the AOL Coach program:
  1. Click Start on the taskbar, point to Control Panel, and then click Control Panel.
  2. Double-click Add/Remove.
  3. Click AOL Coach, and then click Add/Remove Program.
