You can create a system policy that disables important features of the Web toolbar that is found in most Office XP programs. This action effectively prevents users from accessing the Internet by using the Web toolbar.
The Web toolbar in most Office XP programs works much like the basic Microsoft Internet Explorer toolbar, allowing users to type Web addresses, maintain a favorites list, and more. You can disable access to many of the features on the Web toolbar by creating a system policy.
