SYMPTOMS

Outlook 2002 does not send message-recall-success notifications back to Outlook users who have recalled messages. Therefore, users who try to recall messages do not know if their messages were recalled successfully or not.

RESOLUTION

To resolve this problem, obtain the latest service pack for Microsoft Office XP. For additional information, click the following article number to view the article in the Microsoft Knowledge Base:
