Cannot View Album Information from .mp3 Files on Your AutoPC (312882)

SYMPTOMS

When you view the information on an .mp3 audio file in your AutoPC, title information is displayed, but the album information may not be displayed.

CAUSE

This problem may occur if your AutoPC does not support displaying album information.

RESOLUTION

To resolve this problem, contact the manufacturer of your AutoPC to determine if an update is available that may enable this functionality.
