INFO: XLANG Correlation Does Not Work with XLANG Receive Actions That Are Bound to BizTalk Messaging (312723)
The information in this article applies to:
- Microsoft BizTalk Server 2002
This article was previously published under Q312723 SUMMARY
You cannot use XLANG correlation with XLANG receive actions that are bound to BizTalk Messaging. XLANG Correlation requires the use of a shared MSMQ queue. When you use the BizTalk Messaging Binding Wizard to create a receive action, per-instance queues are used.
MORE INFORMATION
BizTalk Server 2002 XLANG schedule correlation enables you to use a single message queue shared across multiple XLANG schedule instances, allowing incoming messages on that queue to be correlated to the correct running XLANG schedule instance.
Two samples are included with BizTalk Server 2002 that demonstrate how XLANG Correlation can be accomplished. The eProcurement and XLANG Correlation samples are located on the BizTalk Server 2002 CD. These two samples are not installed with the product.
