When you access other COM+ objects in the Class_Terminate event of one component in a complex Microsoft Visual Basic COM+ application with multiple components, you receive an access violation inside COMSVCS!CSecurityCallCtx when the calling component is stopped.
CAUSE
The behavior occurs because the security context is not available inside the Class_Terminate event. The COM+ component's object context lifetime is controlled by the IObjectControl::Activate and IObjectControl::Deactivate methods.
