OL2002: You Cannot Set the Recipient Send Options for PAB, One-Off, and Contact Addresses (312469)

SYMPTOMS

The Send options for the recipient do not appear for personal address book (PAB) fax addresses, one-off fax addresses, and contact addresses in Outlook 2002 and you receive the following error message instead:
Cannot perform the requested operation. The command selected is not valid for this recipient. To set option for this message, click options on the toolbar.

RESOLUTION

To resolve this problem, obtain the latest service pack for Microsoft Office XP. For additional information, click the following article number to view the article in the Microsoft Knowledge Base:

STATUS
