OL2000: Error Message: Outlook Caused an Invalid Page Fault in Module Zioncmdx.dll at 017f (312341)

When you start Outlook 2000 after you add some office-related software components, you may receive the following error message:
OUTLOOK caused an invalid page fault in module ZIONCMDX.DLL at 017f:
CAUSE
This behavior can occur if you load a Franklin Covey add-in that contains the Zioncmdx.dll file.
RESOLUTION
To resolve this behavior, disable and then reinstall the Franklin Covey software. Follow the set of steps that is appropriate for the operating system that is on your computer.
Microsoft Windows 98 or Microsoft Windows Millennium Edition- Click Start, point to Find, and then click Files or Folders.
- In the Named box, type Zioncmdx.dll, and then click Find Now.
- Right-click the Zioncmdx.dll file, and then click Rename.
- Rename the file to Zioncmdx.old.
- In Outlook 2000, on the Tools menu, click Options.
- On the Other tab, click Advanced Options.
- Click Add-in Manager, click to clear the Franklin Planner check box, and then click OK.
- Click OK, click OK, and then reinstall the Franklin Covey software.
Microsoft Windows 2000 or Microsoft Windows XP- Click Start, point to Search, and then click For Files or Folders.
- Under Search for files or folders named, type Zioncmdx.dll, and then click Search Now.
- Under Search Results, right-click the Zioncmdx.dll file, and then click Rename.
- Rename the file to Zioncmdx.old.
- In Outlook 2000, on the Tools menu, click Options.
- On the Other tab, click Advanced Options.
- Click Add-in Manager, click to clear the Franklin Planner check box, and then click OK.
- Click OK, click OK again, and then reinstall the Franklin Covey software.
