After you select the target and resource domains when you are using the Active Directory Migration tool (ADMT) to migrate a user from a Windows NT 4.0 domain to a Windows 2000 domain, you may receive the following error message:
The data area passed to a system call is too small. (Error code=122, domain=domain name)
RESOLUTION
To resolve this problem, obtain and install the latest version of ADMT from the following Microsoft Web site:
STATUSMicrosoft has confirmed that this is a problem in Microsoft Windows 2000.
