If you change the status of multiple alerts at the same time in the Microsoft Operations Manager (MOM) 2000 console in Microsoft Windows XP Professional, the status of the alerts is not changed or is changed to something other than you expect.
WORKAROUND
To work around this problem, select one alert at a time and change its status.
STATUSMicrosoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed at the beginning of this article.
