OL2002: Messages That Have EFD or MAPI Forms Are Not Automatically Sent (311744)

SYMPTOMS

If you have more than one service in a profile in Outlook 2002, messages with Electronic Forms Designer (EFD) forms or MAPI forms may stay in the Outbox and not be sent until you click Send/Receive.

CAUSE

This can occur because of a problem with the Outlook Protocol Manager.

RESOLUTION

To resolve this problem, obtain the latest service pack for Microsoft Office XP. For additional information, click the following article number to view the article in the Microsoft Knowledge Base:
