SYMPTOMS

When you awaken your computer from Sleep mode, Entourage X for Mac may stop responding.

CAUSE

This problem can occur if you receive a reminder before you awaken the computer from Sleep mode while you are running Entourage X for Mac on Mac OS X version 10.1.

RESOLUTION

To resolve this problem, upgrade Mac OS X to version 10.1.1 or later.

Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed at the beginning of this article.
