Hyperlinks Do Not Work in Text-Only Placeholders (311459)

SYMPTOMS

When a placeholder is set to be text only and is not set to allow line breaks, you may not be able to create a hyperlink in the placeholder or cut and paste contents that contain hyperlinks.

WORKAROUND

To work around this problem, do not set the placeholder to be text only and make sure that the placeholder is set to allow line breaks.
