Cannot Make CMS Placeholder Text Bold or Italic When Line Breaks Are Allowed (311458)

SYMPTOMS

When you create a placeholder in Content Management Server (CMS) and select the following options, you cannot make text in the placeholder bold or italic:
  • Text-Only
  • Bold and Italic Only
  • Line Breaks are Allowed

WORKAROUND

If you need to use bold or italic text in the placeholder, do not set the placeholder to allow line breaks.
