MoveToContainer method is not supported between administrative groups (311435)

INTRODUCTION

In Microsoft Exchange 2000 Server, you can create multiple administrative groups and put servers in different administrative groups. However, you cannot move servers between administrative groups, either from Exchange System Manager (ESM) or by using code.

The MoveToContainer method is a feature that is not supported for server objects in Microsoft Collaboration Data Objects for Exchange Management (CDOEXM) as shown in the following sample code: 
Set objServer = CreateObject("CDOEXM.ExchangeServer")
objServer.DataSource.Open("LDAP://DS-server/CN=ExServer,CN=Servers, CN=First Adminstrative Group,  .")
'The following statement is NOT supported
objServer.DataSource.MoveToContainer("LDAP://DS-server/CN=Servers, CN=Second Administrative Group, .")
