SYMPTOMS

When you attempt to start your computer, you may receive an error message similar to the following:
A required dll file mso9.dll is missing.

CAUSE

This issue can occur if FindFast starts from your Startup folder.

RESOLUTION

To resolve this issue, remove FindFast from your Startup folder:
  1. Right-click Start and then click Explore.
  2. Double-click Programs, and then double-click Startup.
  3. Right-click FindFast, and then click Delete.
  4. Restart your computer.
