When you attempt to start your computer, you may receive an error message similar to the following:
A required dll file mso9.dll is missing.
CAUSE
This issue can occur if FindFast starts from your Startup folder.
RESOLUTION
To resolve this issue, remove FindFast from your Startup folder:
- Right-click Start and then click Explore.
- Double-click Programs, and then double-click Startup.
- Right-click FindFast, and then click Delete.
- Restart your computer.
