OLEXP: New Folder Command Is Not Available in Address Book (310883)

When you try to add a folder in the Outlook Express address book, the New Folder command on the File menu may be unavailable.
CAUSE
This behavior can occur if Outlook Express is sharing the address book with Outlook.
RESOLUTION
To resolve this behavior, turn off the data-sharing option in Outlook Express:
- Start Outlook Express, and then click Address Book on the Tools menu.
- On the address book Tools menu, click Options.
- In the Options dialog box, click Do Not Share information among Microsoft Outlook and other applications. Address book data will be stored in an Address Book (*.wab) file, and then click OK.
- Quit Outlook Express.
