http://servername/subweb/default.asp CAUSE This issue can occur when you submit a form to an invalid
location. RESOLUTION To resolve this issue, follow these steps:
- Right-click the form, and then click Form Properties on the shortcut menu.
- In the File name box, confirm that the
name and location for the file that will contain form results are valid. By
default, this file is located in the _private folder of the current
Web.
