NetDDE May Cause Logon Audit Events Not to Succeed (308877)

Windows 2000 may not audit a logon event if a Network Dynamic
Data Exchange (NetDDE) program is started. This problem might occur with several deferent NetDDE programs, but occurs consistently if the Clipbrd.exe (Clipboard Viewer) program is started.
If the "Shut down system immediately if unable to log security audits" security policy is set to Enabled, you may receive a "Stop 0xC0000244" error message on a blue screen.
