FIX: ODBC Dialog Boxes Appear in English on Localized Versions of Microsoft Windows NT 4.0 After You Apply MSDE 2.0 Service Pack 1 (308824)

SYMPTOMS
After you apply SQL Server 2000 Service Pack 1 (SP1) on localized versions of the Microsoft Date Engine 2.0 on a Microsoft Windows NT 4.0-based computer, the text in the SQL Server ODBC configuration dialog boxes may be in English (non-localized language) when you use the ODBC Administrator. This problem does not occur with Microsoft Windows 2000-based or Microsoft Windows 98-based computers.
CAUSE
A non-localized version of the Sqlsrv32.rll is packaged in the Connect.msm merge module.
