When you use Microsoft Outlook on Windows 2000, the recipient of an encrypted mail message may receive the following error message:
CRL (Certificate Revocation List) is not available or expired
This error message appears even though the Certificate Distribution Point (CDP) exists in the certificate that is used to send the message.
