SYMPTOMS

When you add a product with zero (0) quantity from a SupplierAccelerator site, a product of one (1) quantity is added to your shopping basket.

CAUSE

This behavior is by design for the Commerce Server 2000 Retail solution site on which the SupplierAccelerator site is based.

This behavior is by design.

Steps to Reproduce the Behavior

  1. Log on to a SupplierAccelerator site, either directly or by means of a remote shopping session.
  2. Add a product from a catalog.
  3. Change the quantity from 1 to 0.
  4. Click the Add button.
  5. Move to the basket page and note that the product is shown with the quantity of one (1).
