Find (on This Page) Command Does Not Work with the ISO 8859 Character Set (308005)

The Find (on This Page) command on the Edit
menu in Internet Explorer does not work correctly when you try to search for a word that contains accentuated characters (such as "u" with an umlaut).
CAUSE
This problem occurs under the following conditions:
- The ISO 8859 character set is used in the HTML page.
- The document contains uppercase accentuated characters that are outside of the normal A to Z range.
