When you attempt to run the Microsoft Office XP Step-by-Step Training CD, you may receive one of the following error messages:
LRUN32 caused an Invalid Page Fault in module Unknown.
-or-
LRUN32 has caused an error in MSVCRT.DLL
CAUSE
This behavior can occur if the Flash Player plug-in program is damaged.
RESOLUTION
To resolve this issue, reinstall the Flash Player plug-in program. To do this, follow these steps:
- Start Microsoft Internet Explorer, and then see the following Macromedia Web site:
- Under Macromedia Flash Player, click the Download link.
- Under Get Macromedia Flash Player, click the INSTALL NOW button. If you receive a "Security Warning" message, click Yes to install and run the program.
The Macromedia Flash Player is installed. - Quit Internet Explorer, and then restart the computer.
