SYMPTOMS

When you run Microsoft Visio 2002 Setup on a Microsoft Windows NT 4.0-based computer, you may receive the following error message, where path is the path of the name and location of a .cab file:
Error 1311 - Source file not found path
When you click OK on the error message, Setup quits. Therefore, you cannot install Visio.

CAUSE

This behavior may occur if the Norton AntiVirus program is installed on your computer.
