SYMPTOMS

When you browse for themes in the Display Properties dialog box, the default folder for browsing for themes is different from the default folder for saving themes. The default folder for browsing for themes is the Program Files folder, and the default folder for saving themes is the My Documents folder. Even after you go to the My Documents folder and open a theme, subsequent browsing always reverts to the Program Files folder.
