When you insert a Q. USB Hard Drive into the USB port of your computer, Windows XP may not recognize the Q. USB Hard Drive and you cannot use the drive.
CAUSE
This behavior can occur because the device driver for the Q. USB Hard Drive is not compatible with Windows XP.
RESOLUTION
To resolve this behavior, contact Agate Technologies to obtain an updated device driver for the Q. USB Hard Drive.
