When you attempt to start a program, you may receive one of the following error messages, where file name is the name of an .exe program file, and where Program is the name of the program that is being started:
Error message 1
Cannot find the file file name. Check to ensure the path and filename are correct and that all required libraries are available. Error message 2Cannot launch application. Error message 3Program is not a valid Win32 application.

You cannot start programs (.exe files) when your computer is infected with the SirCam virus
CAUSE
This issue can occur if your computer is infected with the Sircam32 virus.
RESOLUTION
