A USB Device May Not Work on a Computer That Has Multiple Processors (306788)

When you use a USB device under the following conditions, the USB device may stop responding and you may need to restart your computer:
- If the USB device has multiple ports
-and- - If you are using the USB device to perform bulk transfers (bulk read or write transfers)
-and- - If the computer has multiple processors
-and- - If the computer is running Windows 2000
CAUSE
This problem occurs because there is an issue with the code for the Uhcd.sys driver.
