SYMPTOMS

When you use Microsoft Internet Explorer, and you attempt to log on to a Web page that contains a script, the Script Debugger dialog box may appear, and then you may be unable to access the Web page.

CAUSE

This behavior can occur if the script debugger is turned on in Internet Explorer.

RESOLUTION

To resolve this behavior, disable the script debugger. To do this, follow these steps:
  1. Start Internet Explorer.
  2. On the Tools menu, click Internet Options.
  3. Click the Advanced tab.
  4. Click to select the Disable script debugging check box, and then click OK.
  5. Restart Internet Explorer.
