PSRV2002: Timephase %Complete for Non-Working Days Is Not Calculated When You Update Actual Work from Project Web Access (306220)

SYMPTOMS

If you enter actual work on days that are defined as non-working days in the Task Usage view from Microsoft Project Web Access, Timephased %Complete on the non-working days may be empty or might not be calculated correctly in the project.

CAUSE

This problem occurs because the value for Timephased %Complete does not record on days that are defined as non-working days.

RESOLUTION

Service Pack Information

This problem is corrected in Project Server 2002 Service Pack 1.

WORKAROUND

To work around this issue, modify the Enterprise Global Calendar to contain all working days.

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed at the beginning of this article.
This problem was first corrected in Project Server 2002 Service Pack 1.
