After you create an HTTP Receive function and submit a document to the URL specified in the Receive function, an error message similar to the following may occur the event log:

An error occurred in BizTalk Server.
Details:

[0x175d] The BizTalk HTTP receive function transport alias
"/receiveHTTP/BizTalkHTTPReceive.dll?commonpo" is not valid. Check the
configuration of this receive function.
[0x1753] The BizTalk HTTP receive function could not select a valid
transport. Check the configuration of this receive function: Request
URL="/receiveHTTP/BizTalkHTTPReceive.dll?commonpo".
CAUSE
After you create an HTTP Receive function, it takes 60 seconds for the BizTalk Server cache to pick up the new receive function.
STATUS
This behavior is by design.
