You cannot automate or programmatically control the Outlook Import/Export Wizard.

The Import/Export Wizard functionality is not included as part of the Outlook object model and therefore, cannot be used as part of a custom solution. However, the Outlook object model does allow you to programmatically create new Outlook items and retrieve data from existing items in a folder.
