SYMPTOMS

After you log on as guest to a computer that runs Windows XP, when you try to start MusicMatch Jukebox 4, the following error message appears:
Problem!!! Program directory "C:\\program files\MusicMatch\MusicMatch Jukebox 4" doesn't exist, create it?
If you click Yes, the following error message appears:
Problem!!! Creation failed and the application will not open.
If you click No, the program quits.

This also happens for user accounts that are set to limited security. When you try to start MusicMatch Jukebox 4 as a user with standard security settings, the following error message appears:
Warning Music directory for recording doesn't exist, create it?
When you click Yes, the following error message appears:
Problem!!! Creation Failed. Code -1
When you click OK, MusicMatch Jukebox 4 starts.

CAUSE

These errors occur if you do not have the proper rights to run the software under Windows XP.

RESOLUTION

If you receive these error messages, contact the administrator of the computer about obtaining the rights that are necessary to run this software.
