Windows Does Not Start After You Delete the Advanced Server Option in the EFI Boot Menu (305872)

After you delete the Microsoft Advanced Server option from the Extensible Firmware Interface (EFI) boot menu, you cannot start Windows.
RESOLUTION
To resolve this behavior, in fsx:\msutil, use the Nvrboot.efi utility to restore the Microsoft Advanced Server boot option into the Non-Volatile Random Access Memory (NVRAM) and Boot Manager.
STATUSMicrosoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed at the beginning of this article.
