Memory Leak with the GetDirectPartnersEx() Function in Iadstools.dll (305832)

A memory leak occurs in Iadstools when the GetDirectPartnersEx or GetReplicationUSNStateEx function is called.
CAUSE
This problem occurs because memory is incorrectly freed in the Iadstools dynamic-link library (DLL) when these two functions are called, regardless of the parameters.
